Having always had a keen interest in property and interiors, spending hours as a teenager researching and planning my own home. I worked hard and completed on my first property just after my 20th birthday, renovating on a budget and climbing the property ladder to get to where I am today.

To furnish my own properties with quality items I soon realised that I had to source vintage pieces, refurbishing and customising them to suit my style. During this process I realised that I wanted to do more, so I went on some courses and started up cycling other people’s furniture for them, and eventually started sourcing things to sell on.

So Cherubs Chalks was born. Since then I’ve been experimenting with different things and have lots of plans to bring many more beautiful items to your home, creating and customising pieces to suit your own home and style.

We have recently been renovating the workshop, to enable me to be as productive as possible, and to produce the best quality furniture for you.

We believe the building was built over a century ago, as a stable for horses. It has had many uses since, but had been sat unused and starting to look a little sorry for itself. The building came with the house that I fell in love with several years ago, and was a massive selling point, who doesn’t love the idea of working from home? I’m so grateful that we have been able to make it usable again, and that I am able to do the job I love in the grounds of my home.
